Three records, checked independently

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are verified separately, so you can see exactly which one has not propagated. A domain that is not ready stays pending — it does not fail and make you start over.

  • Keys generated per domain · We generate a keypair for each domain and keep the private half. The selector is mail. Your mail is signed as yours, not as ours.

Pick your region

Sending region is set per domain, defaulting to us-east-1. Data residency is a setting rather than a support ticket, and you can keep EU-bound mail in an EU region without a second account.

  • Tracking is your decision · Open and click tracking are per-domain toggles. Turning them off stops those events firing and changes nothing else — some audiences care, and some regulations do too.

Reputation scored per domain

Bounces and complaints on one domain do not contaminate your others. Reputation is tracked at both domain and workspace level.

  • Enforcement, not just scoring · A workspace that crosses the threshold is disabled automatically and its queued mail fails rather than sending. You are told what happened and which events caused it.
Reputation sovereignty

The worst sender in a pool sets everyone’s ceiling.

Shared sending pools are good economics and bad risk management. You usually find out about the problem from your own bounce rate, after the damage, with no way to see the cause and no standing to fix it.

  • We stop the bad neighbour at their own boundary instead of yours.
